Tänassilma Tehnological
Village development is situated on Pärnu
road near the Tallinn city boundary, in the
territory of Saku municipality.
The development borders
on Pärnu road in the west and Tänassilma
street in the north-west. The site is logistically
suited for warehousing and manufacturing of
low ecological challenge. The trans-Baltic Via
Baltica road next door and the nearby Tallinn
circular road provide flexible linkage to any
chosen destination.
