Tallinn and its immediate vicinity has three areas under development for manufacturing facilities and warehouses: Peterburi road, Pärnu road in Laagri and Tartu road between the city boundary and Jüri. All three have excellent prospects and meet the modern needs.

The area around Peterburi road could be seen as the most developed one which is reflected in the higher-than-average land price. The Pärnu road area has over the last two years become a home to about ten companies - Laagri Maksimarket supermarket, Tamro Eesti, Iveco, Helvar Merca and the Neiser furniture factory.

The region's prospects will multiply once the renovation of Vabaduse boulevard is completed this year and as a result the Tänassilma development will offer the best value for money.
