The object of sale is property recorded in the land register. There are no building rights fees or restrictions for taking out a mortgage.

A deposit of about 10% of the transaction value is payable upon the conclusion of the preliminary sales agreement. The balance is payable when the deed of sale is concluded at the notary public.
